Booking Process
- View our availability calendar to confirm availability. Please note that there is a 7 night minimum stay from June 21 – August 31 and a 3 night minimum for all other dates.
- Submit the booking request form below. We will email you our rental agreement and the first payment request for 50% of the total rental amount within 24 hours. Note the payment request email will be from our company, Sandspring Properties, LLC.
- Review our rental agreement and submit you first payment within 3 days of receiving the payment request. Upon receipt of your payment, we will email your confirmation.
- Pay your remaining balance no later than 2 weeks before your check in. We will email the second payment request for your remaining balance 3 weeks prior to your check in.
- Enjoy your stay!

Cleaning Fee: $200 / stay

Policies
Cancellation Policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel 14 days or more before your check in date. If you cancel less than 14 days before your check in, we reserve the right to withhold your deposit if we cannot rebook your dates.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
